This page explains what data this site collects, why, and how it's used. Written in plain language — not a legal template.
01 — Who we are
The data controller for this site and its tools (AI ROI Calculator, AI Readiness Assessment, contact form) is Janar Kuusk, Tartu, Estonia. For data questions, contact: info@janarkuuskpro.com.
02 — What we collect
Contact form: name, email, project type, and message you enter yourself. AI ROI Calculator and AI Readiness Assessment: the numbers and answers you enter to generate a result — these are sent to Google Gemini AI to produce the analysis. PDF report download: your email address, to unlock the report. We don't collect payment details or create user accounts.
03 — How we use it
To respond to your messages and inquiries, to generate AI-based analysis from the data you enter, and (if you download a PDF report) to follow up about your project. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
04 — Third parties
We use the following processors: Formspree (contact form handling), Google Gemini API (AI analysis — your input text is sent to Google for processing), Google Firebase/Firestore (storing PDF report requests), Resend (optional email notification when a new request arrives), and Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.
05 — Data retention
We keep contact-form and PDF-request data for as long as it's needed to respond to you, or until you ask us to delete it. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
06 — Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction on, and portability of your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email: info@janarkuuskpro.com.
07 — Cookies & tracking
This site currently uses no cookies or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics). If that changes, this page will be updated and a consent prompt added where required.
08 — International transfers
Some of the providers we use (Google, Vercel) may process data outside the European Union. These providers apply safeguards for international transfers (e.g. the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
09 — Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page.
